TECHNOLOGY

The cement imported in ships is transferred to silos by a pneumatic vacuum machine called KOVACO ,which operates at a capacity of 200 tons/hour. The cement transferred from ships is stored in a 12.000-tons horizontal silo, which is divided into two sections considering the possible quality difference from ship to ship. The emptying system of the silo consists of a loader, a bunker and an elevator.
